HIGHTEMP 이용약관을 아래와 같이 변경합니다. 이 글은 이용약관 10.3에 따른 사전 안내입니다.
2026년 10월 12일 내용 추가: 같은 날 처음 올린 안내에 고객센터 문의처 변경을 더했고, 더하는 문장의 주어를 약관의 다른 문장과 같게 "HIGHTEMP는"으로 고쳤습니다. 시행일은 그대로입니다.
2026년 10월 31일 내용 추가: 상품 이름을 ‘이용권’으로 바꾼 것에 맞춰 약관의 ‘수강’ 표현을 ‘이용’으로 고치는 내용(아래 3번)을 더했습니다. 시행일은 그대로 2026년 11월 16일입니다.

변경 내용
1. 약관 서두의 서비스 안내에 아래 문장을 더합니다.
HIGHTEMP는 서비스의 일부 기능에 생성형 인공지능 기술을 이용합니다.
2. 약관 12조 아래와 맨 끝에 있는 고객센터 문의처를 현재 운영자인 오드시그널의 연락처로 바꿉니다. 바뀐 문장은 아래와 같습니다.
HIGHTEMP 서비스와 관련하여 궁금하신 사항이 있으시면 고객센터(전화: 010-3025-2837 / 이메일: support@oddsignal.kr, 평일 10:00~18:00 KST)로 문의 주시기 바랍니다. 2026년 10월 1일 전에 성립한 주문의 취소·환불 문의는 HIGHTEMP 1:1 문의 또는 christopher@newpeak.kr로도 접수할 수 있습니다.
3. 상품 이름을 ‘이용권’으로 바꾼 것에 맞춰 약관의 ‘수강’ 표현을 ‘이용’으로 고칩니다. 뜻은 달라지지 않습니다.
- 3.2: "콘텐츠 수강에 필요한 준비물" → "콘텐츠 이용에 필요한 준비물"
- 6.3: "수강기간"(2곳) → "이용기간"
그 밖의 조항은 바뀌지 않습니다.
변경을 원하지 않는 경우
개정 약관은 시행일부터 적용됩니다. 시행일 전날까지 거부 의사를 표시하지 않거나 시행일 이후 서비스를 계속 이용하시면 개정 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 변경을 원하지 않으시면 회원 탈퇴를 요청하실 수 있습니다. HIGHTEMP 로그인 후 내 정보에서 탈퇴하시거나 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요. 기존 이용권과 강의 이용에는 이번 변경으로 달라지는 점이 없습니다.

Notice of Terms of Service update (effective November 16, 2026)
The HIGHTEMP Terms of Service will change on November 16, 2026. This notice was posted on October 12, 2026 under Article 10.3 of the Terms and updated the same day to add the contact change below, and on October 31, 2026 to add item 3. The Terms are provided in Korean, which is the governing version.
1. One sentence is added to the service description at the beginning of the Terms.
HIGHTEMP uses generative AI technology for some features of the Service.
2. The customer service contact in the Terms is updated to Oddsignal, the current operator (support@oddsignal.kr, +82-10-3025-2837, weekdays 10:00-18:00 KST). Questions about cancellations or refunds for orders placed before October 1, 2026 can also be sent through 1:1 Inquiry or to christopher@newpeak.kr.
3. The word for course access in Articles 3.2 and 6.3 changes from "수강" (course) to "이용" (use), to match the renamed passes. The meaning stays the same.
No other clause changes.
The updated Terms apply from the effective date. If you do not object by the day before the effective date, or continue to use the service after it, you are deemed to have agreed. If you do not want this change, you can delete your account from My Info after signing in, or contact us. Your existing course access is not affected.
