HIGHTEMP Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please review this policy before completing payment.

  1. Refunds are available only within 7 days from the payment date and only if there is no usage history.
  2. Opening, clicking, or playing a paid lesson counts as usage history, even if the lesson is not completed.
  3. Full Class/package purchases are not eligible for partial chapter cancellation or partial refund.
  4. Payment processing, financial, card issuer, or payment gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.
  5. Refund completion timing can vary by payment method, card issuer, bank, payment network, and payment gateway.
